At Alcon, I developed a Mapping Requirement Specification (MRS) automation tool that cut manual effort from 8–9 hours to just 5 minutes, boosting efficiency for IDO EDIFACT and X12 transactions. I also contributed to EDI projects including map changes, host key updates, and ticket resolution.
I worked closely with senior team members on mapping blueprints and requirement specifications, and conducted an AI workshop for the team. Alongside hands-on project experience, I participated in scrum meetings, project reviews, and professional workshops — sharpening both my technical and collaborative skills.
